Pay: Drivers in this fleet averaged $78,000 last year! (Average of $1,500-$1,600 weekly!)

Home time: Depends on where you live. Odessa based drivers will be home most nights and work 14 days with 3 days off. Drivers located further out from Odessa will be 21 days on with 5 days off.  

Equipment: 2013 and newer Kenworth sleeper and day cabs.
