We offer local positions in certain locations and all of our drivers are home EVERY WEEKEND! Other companies say "most weekends" or "home weekly". Our system is set up so that drivers are indeed home EVERY WEEKEND. We put an emphasis on family and believe that conviction should be shared with you and your family. This fleet picks up mattresses at a manufacturer in Chicago and delivers them to retail stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. Drivers are required to "tail gate" (move mattresses to the gate of the trailer for the customer to unload). 

Pay Program: Owners are paid on the following schedule

All loads being picked up in Chicago are paid

1-400 miles = $2.05 per mile plus fuel surcharge

401-500 miles= $1.95 per mile plus fuel surcharge

501-600 miles= $1.75 per mile plus fuel surcharge

601 + miles = $1.60 per mile plus fuel surcharge

All loads picked up outside of the Chicago area are paid at $1.35 per mile plus fuel surcharge. Any empty miles are paid at $1.00 per mile.

Stop Pay is $40 per stop (after the first)

Deductions:

Truck liability insurance- $113 per week

Trailer rental- $50 per week

Plate fee- $55 per week (if applicable)

Electronic logging device- $15 per week

Home time:

Drivers are home every weekend (occasional Saturday work)
